Refund policy
All our jewellery is handmade by artisans, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other, the freshwater pearls are always different from each other in terms of colour and finish.
Any purchases made online must be returned directly to Wonky Pearl.
We will accept returns or exchange for faulty products in its original unused condition, postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for refund, less shipping costs.
We do not accept returns after 14 days. Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect unused condition and in their original packaging.
Returns & exchanges:
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product.
We can't accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit or damaged during return shipping.
For faulty products, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product with photographs of the damage.
Earrings: For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings.
Rings: Once a ring has been adjusted out of its original shape, it isn't possible to return.
For increased longevity, please avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower or during exercise, wear after applying perfume or hair spray. Protect your piece from rain and humidity.
